1. Overview

These Terms govern your use of the Swift Response AI website and services ("Services"), operated by Niko Capital LLC d/b/a Swift Response AI ("we," "us"). By using our website, submitting a form, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Our Services

Swift Response AI builds AI phone answering, booking and follow-up systems for roofing and other home service contractors. Each build is set up in accounts the client owns and is governed by a separate written services agreement.

3. Communications Consent

By submitting a form and checking the applicable consent box, you authorize us to contact you by phone call, SMS text message, and email — including via automated technology and artificial or prerecorded voice — regarding your inquiry. Consent to marketing messages is optional and is not a condition of any purchase or service. You may opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and request help by replying HELP. SMS Program Terms. Swift Response AI sends non-marketing texts (replies, scheduling, confirmations, reminders) to people who tick our non-marketing SMS box, and occasional marketing texts only to people who also tick the separate marketing box. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; we confirm by text. Reply HELP for help or email terry@swiftresponseai.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You must be 18 or older to opt in.

4. Client Service Terms

Business clients are governed by their separate written services agreement with us, which controls pricing, appointment definitions, guarantees, billing, and cancellation. These website Terms do not modify that agreement.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services, submit false information, or use our forms to harass or defraud. We may suspend access for misuse.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, systems, and AI configurations are the property of Niko Capital LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or Services.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
