Who We Are
Swift Response AI ("we," "us") is operated by Niko Capital LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. We build AI phone answering, booking and follow-up systems for roofing and other home service contractors. The people we text are contractors and their office staff who ask us for a demo call or apply for a walkthrough on swiftresponseai.com.
Information We Collect
- Information you provide: name, phone number, email address, property/service details you submit through our forms or share during calls.
- Communications data: call recordings, call transcripts, and message history related to your inquiry.
- Technical data: basic website analytics (pages visited, device type).
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your inquiry by phone, text message, and email — including via automated technology and AI-generated voice;
- To schedule, confirm, and remind you about appointments you request;
- To improve our services and maintain quality records.
We don't sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it with other businesses for their marketing. We share it only with the service providers that run our phone, text, email and scheduling systems, and only so they can deliver our messages to you.
SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Text messaging (SMS). If you tick the non-marketing SMS box on one of our forms, Swift Response AI (Niko Capital LLC) may text you about your request: replies to your questions, call-back notices, scheduling, booking confirmations, reminders and rescheduling. If you also tick the separate marketing box, we may send occasional tips, follow-ups about our services and offers. Both boxes are optional and neither is a condition of buying anything. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also email terry@swiftresponseai.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
AI Voice Calls
Some calls you receive from us are conducted by an AI voice assistant. By providing consent on our forms, you agree to receive calls made using automated technology and artificial or prerecorded voice. You may request a human follow-up at any time during a call, or opt out of further calls entirely by telling the assistant or emailing us.
Cookies & Tracking
Our website uses only essential cookies and basic analytics to understand site traffic and improve our service. We use the Meta pixel on our website to measure our ads. It sets cookies and sends page visits and form submissions to Meta, with your email address in hashed form and never your phone number. We do not sell your information. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; the site will continue to function.
Data Retention & Security
We retain inquiry and communications records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize them. Data is stored with reputable providers using industry-standard security controls.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing terry@swiftresponseai.com. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.
Children
Our services are intended for individuals 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
